What is your background?

I come from a poor family, and have received no school education. I therefore learned and studied on my own. I used computers to dive into the world and ran away from home when I was 19. I made money by taking pictures of people. Now, I just do what I want and keep developing whatever I’d like to see.

What do you explore through your work?

The journey of life itself is so fascinating that we always encounter the unexpected. I decided to record and give credit to what happens around me by using photography. What’s left for me is merely shattered information that I try to put together, in order to create connections with the universe. I have many profound reflections on gender differences, the origins of our euphoria and satisfaction, curiosity and security. In the end, I think our emotions are our most natural, primary toys, and the ones we have been playing with since we were born. What we are observing and experiencing is the result of our interactions with the depth of every other individual.

How do you define your artistic search and practice in three words?

The Spirit Rules.

Which techniques do you use to create?

I use digital. I prefer it, because it is highly eective and easy to share.

What kind of beauty does your work focus on?

I love taking pictures of people with no experiences. Nowadays, people are so good at imitation that they have lost their souls. In front of my lens, they can show their most authentic expressions, living conditions or moments of existence. When I photograph my models, I want to truly feel them. They just appear as living and equal creatures in a living world, and I can feel the unity of their inner existence. Photography records the uniqueness of their lives, which is why I am so obsessed with inner beauty.

What kind of approach towards ‘aesthetics’ does your work provide?

Pain for endorphins, united love, fantasy beauty.

What do you think about being an artist today?

It’s hard to earn a lot of money being an artist. People can enjoy your work, but they support you mostly by spirit.

What is the message you want to deliver with your work?

All is there.
